Pumpkin Patch 2013

2013- Year 4 at the Pumpkin Patch, year 2 at our favorite one. :)

Standing with Spina Bifida :)
She received her braces 11 months prior. :) Standing on the  bridge left her feeling a little unstable which is why she is leaning back a bit. :)

Pumpkin Patch 2012

In 2012, we took Annie to an amazing pumpkin patch. Our first time there and her third time in a pumpkin patch. :) Also, this was her third and final time to wear that shirt. :) She also wore it in her first two pumpkin patch shoots. :)

A few months after Annie came to us, she had two brain surgeries in one week , (this was after her first two brain surgeries when she was a baby). She went on to have three more brain surgeries, all before her 3 birthday. Her last brain surgery was September 2012, and these pictures were taken that October. Her hair was growing back nicely. :) I still can't believe it has been 2 years since her last surgery!

It was after seeing the white flowers with the white pumpkins that I decided to make her wear white in the coming years... at first I had her matching the fall/pumpkin theme, but then I realized how limiting that was! Wearing white allows me to photograph her without pumpkins and still get a pretty shot- not just a fall themed one. :)

Pumpkin Patch 2010 and 2011

As I begin the transition from my old blog, I am bringing over important/special/popular posts here. I will start with my beloved pumpkin patch photos. There are a few things I regret as a parent in regards to memory making, (not taking yearly family photos, not videoing her enough, etc), but I am so thankful that I have kept up with my first ever tradition of pumpkin patch photos. :) We just finished her fifth year in the patch- pictures coming soon. :)

The day after Annie's gotcha day in 2010, we took her straight to a pumpkin patch:
Oh my angel baby. My dreams had finally come true!

She wasn't used to momarazzi yet, but she acclimated quite quickly. ;)

Our family was complete!

In 2011, I tried out that adorable picture idea that was viral on Pinterest of a kid in a pumpkin:

Later I dressed her up in the same shirt she wore at the first pumpkin patch shoot, (which you will see in the next post I had her wear again in 2012). :)
Our precious kiddos! Annie loves her Jersey. :)

I also took her to an actual pumpkin patch that year, (the other pics were in my yard). There were too many shadows, but I'll still post it here for posterity. :)
